Professor Glenda Cook, Professor of Nursing, Northumbria University In her lecture, Professor Cook will illustrate the importance of understanding the needs of older people, highlighting the strategies used to enhance their own well-being which is often unsupported and undermined. Refreshments will be available from 6pm. The lecture will begin at 6.30pm
